職司醫師助理之專科護理師,雖然角色吃重,人數不少,然少有研究針對此一特定族群,醫療體系對專科護理師,對其角色扮演及工作具有研究價值。本研究目的在調查專科護理師之工作滿意度。以性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、薪資月所得、工作年資為研究變項,探討專科護理師之陞遷及發展、工作成就感、服務貢獻等因素中之差異情形。研究工具是採用明尼蘇達工作滿意度短式量表,立意隨機抽樣有效問卷178份。所得各項資料經統計分析後,結果顯示性別、年齡、薪資在工作滿意上並無顯著差異;婚姻狀況在工作成就感有顯著性差異;教育程度、專科護理師工作年資在陞遷及發展上有顯著性差異。本研究針對研究結果提供進一步討論與建議。
Number of the nurse practitioners (NP) in increasing. This particular professional group being assigned as physician assistant in hospital. Although NP shares significant portion of physician's workload, study on this group is ignored. Along with increasing dependence on NP services, explore into how this group of professionals view their job is important. This study aims to explore the general perception on job satisfaction, including promotion, personal achievement, and service contribution in terms of gender, age, maritus, education, and salary. We use Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire to measure job satisfaction. Samples are taken from 178 nurse practitioners. Testing results indicate that gender and age is not significant different in job satisfaction. Maritus status has significant difference in personal achievement, where as both education and NP experience have difference in promotion of job satisfaction. Discussion and implications are provided base on the research finding.
