增進一位精神分裂症患者家庭調適能力之護理經驗
Nursing Experience in Patient with Schizophrenia to Enhance the Ability of Family Coping Skills
摘要
本文為照護一位有妄想、幻聽症狀干擾之精神分裂症患者之護理經驗，護理照護期間為2009年1月14日至2009年2月3日。護理人員先以主動、真誠的態度，與個案建立良好的治療性人際關係，並經由整體性評估，發現個案有思考過程改變、感覺知覺改變與家庭因應能力失調等護理問題。護理過程運用認知行為治療相關概念，除協助個案因應護理問題導致的負面情緒外，並增進其自我管理能力，更進一步改善個案因妄想及幻聽症狀所造成的生活干擾。而透過家庭護理的概念，也協助家庭成員反觀自我，確認、開發並應用家庭資源，增加家屬的因應能力及增進家庭生活的新動力，並使家庭成員與個案發展出合宜的互動模式，正向期待個案重返家庭，進而提昇雙方生活品質。

This nursing care experience regards to a patient suffering from delusion and auditory hallucination. After establishing therapeutic relationship and applying nursing assessment with the patient, 3 major nursing problems were identified: altered thought processes, sensory/ perception alternation, ineffective family coping. Cognitive-behavior concepts were used to improve client's negative emotional problems, enhance the self-management ability, and reduce life disturbance effectively. After employing family nursing care concepts in the nursing care plan, we improved the family members' coping skills and positive interaction. Positive attitude toward subject returning home and high quality of life was found in the family.
