提昇30歲以上婦女的子宮頸抹片篩檢率之專案
A Project of Improving the Pap Smear Screening Test for Women Aged over 30

本專案旨在探討某醫院30歲以上婦女接受子宮頸抹片篩檢率偏低原因，尋求解決方法以提昇抹片篩檢率，專案執行期間自2008年06月至11月，經專案小組採問卷調查方式發現：(1)婦女對於接受子宮頸抹片檢查認知及資訊不足；(2)受檢時間花費過長；(3)醫護人員未主動提供子宮頸抹片檢查資訊。為改善上述問題，專案小組採用解決方法有(l)發放衛教單張、播放衛教宣導短月；(2)修改電腦提示系統程式；(3)增加舉辦門診團體衛教場次；(4)提供轉介獎勵金；(5)簡化子宮頸抹片篩檢流程等改善措施。經由介入措施實施復，婦女受檢花費時間由36.5分鐘降低為23.6分鐘，3年內曾篩檢率亦由18.41%提昇至28.08%，顯示專案措施確實發揮功能提昇子宮頸抹片檢查篩檢率，另建議醫院若能於服務台增設專業人員，提供民眾即時性單一窗口健康諮詢服務，更能有效的協助推廣預防保健服務。

The main purpose of this project is to discuss the reason why the rate of Pap smear screening test for women aged over 30 in a regional hospital is relatively low than the average rate and to try find solutions to raise the rate of Pap smear screening test in this hospital. This project, from June of 2008 to November while carrying out. After the survey with a specific question, the following has been found: (1). the female subjects did not have enough understanding and information about the Pap smear test, (2). The needed time of test was too long, and (3) healthcare personnel did not actively provide related information. To improve the above problems, the project team used the following solutions: (1).distributed hygienic leaflets and played films about health education, (2).modify the HIS program to provide cues, (3).increase the group education courses for outpatient services, (4).provide transfer rewards , and (5).simplify the process of the Pap smear test. After implementing these solutions, the needed time was reduced from 36.5 minutes to 23.6 minutes. The screened rate during 3 years was raised from 18.41% to 28.08%. These results showed that the suggested solutions in this project indeed improve the rate of the Pap smear screening test. Advise if hospital can set up professional personnel on information service in addition, offer people one stop health advisory service, popularize the prevention and health care service in assistance that can be effective.
