摘要

本專案旨在提升護理人員執行噴霧治療之正確率，執行期間自2008年11月1日至2009年2月28日。以查檢表及臨床觀察得知護理人員落實執行噴霧治療的比率偏低並探討相關原因復，期能透過專案方式改善此問題，專案小組採取的措施爲：(1)修訂護理技術標準，讓人員有規則可循；(2)製作衛教單張及衛教圖卡改善人員在衛教上的困難與時問的花費；(3)舉辦在職教育提升人員的認知；(4)落實稽核護理人員執行的正確率。結果顯示臨床稽核噴霧治療執行過程正確率由45.87%提升至91.38%，護理人員可正確執行噴霧治療的落實性自評分數由56.48%提升至85.19%。由此可知，藉由標準規範統一及輔助衛教資料，確能提升護理人員執行噴霧治療的正確率，亦能提升護理照護品質。

This project aims to improving the use of the aerosol therapy for nursing staff. We measure the period from November 1, 2008 to February 28, 2009. After being analysed the reason that nurse cannot reach the goal of inhalation therapy as needed, then we can revise the most suitable approach to improve this problem. the measures taken by the ad hoc group are: (1) Revision of technical standards for care to allow officers to follow the rules; (2) Correct the time spent and difficulties in training by using health education leaflets and graphics card; (3) Organizing in-service education to enhance staff awareness; (4) Auditing the implementation of the correct rate of nurses. The results showed that the correct implementation rate of aerosol therapy increase from 45.87% to 91.38%, the number of self-ratings by the nursing staff for the ability in correct implementation of aerosol therapy increase from 56.48% to 85.19%. It can be seen by a unified standard and supporting health education information, nurses can enhance the correct rate of implementation of aerosol therapy, and will raise the quality of nursing care.
