家有新診斷第1型糖尿病少女之護理經驗
The Nursing Experience for a Family with a Newly Diagnosed Type 1 Diabetic Girl
摘要
本文為協助一位新診斷第1型糖尿病少女及家庭成員，彼此適應疾病的護理過程。護理期間2011年3月23日至2011年10月3日，運用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態評估深入探討，藉由觀察、查閱病歷、與個案及父母進行多次會談及出院後以約診、電話及E-mail與案母聯繫等方式收集資料。確立有家庭因應能力失調/家庭成員罹患第1型糖尿病所致、知識缺失／新診斷第1型糖尿病有關、營養少於身體所需／過度飲食控制所致等護理問題。過程中以傾聽、同理、關懷等技巧建立信任關係，引導個案及家人抒發對疾病的感受，協助個案適應疾病及家屬參與照護，學習第1型糖尿病的知識與技巧，達到良好控制，促進健康生活品質。期許本文能提供臨床護理人員照護類似個案的參考。

This article described the nursing process of helping a newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic adolescent and her family to adapt the disease. The data collection covered observation, interview, physical evaluation and technique instruction from March, 2011 to October, 2011. Applying Gordon's functional evaluations which including observation, medical history review, appointment interview, by phone and e-mail contact. We identified the nursing problems which including suffering Type 1 diabetes mellitus in a family member and associated coping ability insufficiency in the family, lack of knowledge for newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes mellitus and overwhelming diet control induced malnutrition which less than the body demanded. To apply nursing skills with listening, empathy and caring to buildup trust and which also guide the patient and her family to express feelings of diabetic. It not only to help the patient to adapt the disease also the family to participate the caring process, finally to promote healthy quality of life. Expect this nursing experience would provide a reference for clinical nurses in similar cases.
