儒家天地人管理思想顯現管理功能現代價值的探討

摘要

儒家天地人管理思想顯現管理功能現代價值。係依據儒家天地人體系、學說、精神，並參照、綜合行政三聯制及現代管理五功能，而形成顯現管理功能現代價值。儒家天地人管理思想，天在上有利於事前管理計劃，人在中有利於事中管理執行，地在下有利於事後管理控制。如此三者管理功能，不斷循環，推陳出新，使管理不斷革新進步，深具管理功能現代價值。

The management concepts of Tien, Ti and Jun (the heaven, the earth, the human beings from Confucianism) reveal the modern value of management functions based on the system of Tien, Ti and Jun (the heaven, the earth, the human beings), its theories and spirits with reference to the executive Sanlienchih (three unions) as well as the five functions of modern management, which could fulfil the modern values of management ideas. The management concepts of Tien, Ti and Jun prescribe as follows: according to Tien (the heaven) there should always be a management plan in advance; according to Jun (human beings) the executive should be maintained by business processing according to the plan; according to Ti (the earth) there should be conducted by management control. All these management functions should be carried out continuously and renew time to time in order to pursue progress, realizing modern management values.
