This study focuses on the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction in international tourism hotel of employees. The results of this study were as follow: (1) Statistically significant difference was found with the respect to the relationship between the organizational commitment and job satisfaction. (2) Statistically significant difference was found organizational commitment factor in sexes, age, work duration, education and income of employees demographic variables. (3) Statistically significant difference wais found job satisfaction factor in sexes, age and income of employees demographic variables.
