The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention as expressed by employees served in the travel agencies. The data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed by the employment of a hybrid set of descriptive statistical methods, including factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). The major results are: job satisfaction of employees was moderate. The employees tend to value their current jobs. Organizational commitment of employees was also moderate. It reveals that the employees were willing to make effort to reach the requirements of the company. From the result of SEM, furthermore, job satisfaction was found to exert a direct effct with a positive co-relation on organizational commitment., Organizational commitment has a direct effect with a negative co-relation on turnover intention. The impact of job satisfaction does not appear to have direct affect on turnover intention. Rather, turnover intention is moderately mediated by organizational commitment.
