華語文教師多元文化教育知能的初探

A Study of TCSL Teachers' Knowledge and Abilities on Multicultural Education

摘要


本研究採調查研究法來瞭解華語文教師多元文化教育知能的現況和差異。分析結果發現:高年齡層、教育系所背景、修過華語師資培訓課程、較長華語文教學經驗、有在職進修和學生國籍層分佈越廣的華語文教師,其多元文教育知能顯著較高,而有無海外華語文教學經驗、外語能力和學生年齡層分佈情形對其多元文化教育知能並無顯著差異。

TCSL teachers' knowledge and abilities on multicultural education are mainly discussed by survey research methods. The findings in the paper are: TCSL teachers with senior age group, majoring in education, participating in TCSL teacher education programs, longer TCSL experiences, having in-service education and more students from different nations get significantly higher scores, and there are no significant differences in TCSL experiences in abroad, providing in-service training opportunities for teachers, foreign language abilities, and their students' ages.
