摘要

電腦動畫已是現今重要的視覺傳遞媒介，不同的藝術創作理念與藝術創作技巧，則展現了多樣的藝術表現。而這個電腦新視覺媒介則增加了許多藝術表現的可能性。
由於長久以來不同文化差異所形成的結果，中國的表演藝術一直以來有自己的特色，與西方表演藝術有著明顯的區別。皮影戲是中國表演藝術裡一項風格非常特出的藝術表現，現今電腦動畫在技術上已逐漸成熟，而表現上則仍有許多發展的空間。因此本創作研究運用皮影戲獨特的表現形式，結合電腦動畫的優點與特性，嘗試藝術創作表現的新組合。
藝術表現都脫離不了外在形式，形式加上內容就形成了藝術特有的風格。本創作研究以皮影戲本身的腳本爲題材，利用電腦動畫模擬皮影戲的形式，創作出一個新視覺風格的動畫作品。

Computer animation is an important visual media nowadays. Since different art creating theories and creating skills promote every kind of art performance, this new computer technology imposes many possibilities of the art performance.
Due to the distinction of different cultures, Chinese performing arts have their own characteristics and differ from the western performing arts. Shadow puppet show is a very special form of the Chinese performing arts. Though computer animation technologies have gradually matured, there are still a lot of possibilities in artistic performing need to be explored with this new computer media. Hence this study tries to use the special form of the shadow puppet show and the advantages of computer animation to create a hybrid form of art performing.
Art can not exist without its external form. Form and content create the peculiar art style. The animation created from our study scripts the shadow puppet show itself as the story. It uses computer animation to simulate the shadow puppet performing. Thus a new visual style of animation form is created.
