This research investigated the implementation process of app lying the Orff Schulwerk Theory into primary music teaching. The research subjects were 80 primary second-grade students placed in an experimental group and a control group; regarding the research method, by cooperating with the music curriculum version "Han-lin", as examined and approved by the Ministry of Education, this research conducted a curriculum design integrated with Orff Schulwerk for one semester (18 weeks), with one lesson (40 scores) a week . Meanwhile, an expert questionnaire of the Delphi Method was implemented to put forward the 4 evaluation factors, weight, and scoring method of music capacity effectiveness; at the end of the semester, the 4 summative evaluations of singing, sight- reading, playing, and improvising were conducted in order to test the effectiveness of Orff Schulwerk on children's music teaching, and conclusion and teaching suggestions were proposed.
