摘要

本研究主要針對澎湖當地居民對於賽車活動的可行性分析，所以本研究的主體乃澎湖當地賽車專業人士，並未涉及觀光客的部分。因此本研究探討澎湖主辦賽車活動的可行性，研究目的如下：一、探討澎湖居民對於本身澎湖縣政府所舉辦的活動其參與度、配合度的高低。二、對於在澎湖舉辦賽車活動其澎湖居民就經濟面、社會面、環境面、犯罪面等的認知問題。三、就專業人士的觀點而言，澎湖的氣候、道路、政策、環境等，是否適合舉辦賽車活動四、藉由專業人士的分析，來導正一般大眾對於賽車活動的誤解。五、探討澳門賽車活動成功的因素，進而視其澳門經驗是否能帶入澎湖，形成澎湖當地特色活動。六、評估賽車活動是否真能帶動澎湖淡季觀光的事業。七、探討賽車活動是否能有效的成為觀光賭場的替代方案。八、探討在澎湖地區舉辦賽車活動的未來性。本研究將透過人員訪談法，訪談澎湖舉辦賽車活動的核心人物，以完成本研究目的，研究發現將作為舉辦賽車活動之參考。

This research is a feasibility study of racing car sport event in Penghu. The objectives of this study are to explore: (1) the support of Penghu residents on the racing car sport event hold by Penghu County Government, (2) the economical, social-cultural and environmental impacts of racing car sport event on Penghu, (3) the possibility of hosting racing car sport event based on the weather road, policy and environment condition of Penghu Island, (4) the image correction for racing car sport event by professionals' advices, (5) build a mracing car sport event model by finding the key success factors of Macao, (6) the possibility of relaunching the tourism business on the off-season of Penghu island, (7) the option of replacing casino project on Penghu by promotion this rcing car sport event, and (8) the feasibility of racing car sport event on Penghu Island. This study is conducted by personal interview through racing car professionals hi Penghu. The findings of this research will be useful references for hosting a successful racing car sport event on Penghu Island.
