本研究目的在探討高雄縣國小教師休閒滿意度與工作壓力之現況及其關係。以自編之「高雄縣國小教師休閒滿意度與工作壓力之調查問卷」為研究工具,並以高雄縣96學年度國小教師為研究母群體,共抽取高雄縣50所國小之500位教師為研究樣本,總計問卷共發出500份,回收有效問卷418份,有效問卷回收率為83.6%,並獲得以下發現:高雄縣國小教師之整體休閒滿意度屬於中等程度;高雄縣國小教師之整體工作壓力屬於中高程度;性別、婚姻狀況、年資等背景變項會影響高雄縣國小教師之休閒滿意度;婚姻狀況、年資等背景變項會影響高雄縣國小教師之工作壓力;高雄縣國小教師休閒滿意度各構面與工作壓力各構面呈顯著負相關;高雄縣國小教師休閒滿意度之部分構面對於整體工作壓力具有預測力。
The purpose of this study was to explore the current situation of elementary school teachers' leisure satisfaction and job stress in Kaohsiung. The research method employed in this study was survey method and literary analysis with a questionnaire entitled ”The questionnaire of the leisure satisfaction and job stress of elementary school teachers.” The subjects were 500 elementary school teachers selected in Kaohsiung. The major findings were as follows: (1) The level of leisure satisfaction for teachers in elementary schools is characterized as medium. (2) The level of job stress for teachers in elementary schools is characterized as higher than medium. (3) The leisure satisfaction of elementary school teachers was affected by gender, martial status, as well as seniority. (4) The job stress of the teachers was affected by martial status and seniority. (5) There is a significant negative correlation between elementary school teachers' leisure satisfaction and job stress. (6) Elementary school teachers' leisure satisfaction has a significant predictability on their job stress.
