本研究旨在探討臺中市國中教師知覺少子化、十二年國教影響與工作壓力之相關性,以及不同背景變項和不同人格特質教師工作壓力之差異情形,並探究教師工作壓力與職業倦怠兩者之關連性。 本研究以臺中市國中教師為對象,採用問卷調查法及分層隨機抽樣方式進行,共發放300份問卷,有效回收樣本285份,有效回收率達95.0%。所得資料分別採用描述性統計、信效度分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析和多元逐步迴歸等統計方法針對研究假設進行驗證。 研究結果顯示:(1)少子化與十二年國教認知對工作壓力有正向顯著的影響關係 (2)不同背景變項、人格特質教師對工作壓力有部分顯著的影響關係 (3)工作壓力對職業倦怠有正向顯著之影響關係。最後,依據研究結果提出相關結論與建議,以提供教育行政機關、教師及未來研究者之瞭解與參考。
This study is designed to investigate Taichung junior high school teachers' perception of the relations among low birth rate , 12-year compulsory education, and stress from work. The difference of work stress between teachers' backgrounds and personalities is also included. This study aims to explore the relations between teachers' work stress and job burntout. In this study, the subjects are the junior high school teachers of Taichung City. This researcher employs questionnaires and stratified random sampling method. A total of 300 questionnaires are distributed, among which 285 samples are effective. The effective rate is 95.0%. The resulting data are used to authenticate the hypothesis of this study. The methods used to analyze the data are descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, independent sample t test, single factor MANOVA, and stepwise regression statistical methods. The results show that: (1) Low birth rate and the perception of 12-year compulsory education have significant positive impact on work stress. (2) The variables of different background and personality traits have some impact on work stress. (3) Work pressure has a positive significant influence on job burnout. Finally, this researcher provides conclusions and advice according to research results, hopefully for the future reference of education administrations, teachers, and researchers on related topics in the future.
