「涉入」應用於休憩行為研究之回顧與展望

摘要


第一篇應用涉入於休憩行為之研究始於1977年,至今已有三十多年。系統與結構化歸納整理三十多年來的研究成果,有其重要意義。因此,本研究試圖從這三十多年的文獻中,依涉入名詞界定程度、涉入量表使用狀況、應用研究範圍等區分此三十年為三大時期:「涉入名詞應用萌芽階段」、「涉入量表應用發展階段」、「涉入相關主題衍生應用階段」。以此三大時期,從「研究年數別」、「研究性質別」、「研究課題別」、「研究工具別」、「應用涉入量表別」、「信度效度檢定別」等五方面,採用「內容分析法」歸納呈現「涉入」應用於休憩行為研究之脈絡。本研究並針對歷年來文獻之分析結果,彙整出涉入於休憩研究成果與趨勢:休憩涉入與「承諾」、「忠誠度」、「自尊」、「自信」、「滿意度」、「服務品質」、「系列休憩行為」等變項之間關係,為未來應用涉入於休憩行為研究之可行方向;研究課題將擴展更多「決策過程」、「市場區隔」、「服務品質」與「餐飲產業」相關研究;應用量表之信度與效度評量愈受重視。

It has been over 30 years since the first research adopted ”involvement” concept on leisure and recreation behavior research published in 1977. However, there is no systematic and constructive literature review regarding to ”involvement” on leisure and recreation field in the past years. Therefore, this study phrased the past 32 years into 3 periods from the perspective of involvement definitions, involvement measurement profile, and related research method issues. According to each period, the study applied content analysis to analyze the publication number, the research design, the research topic, the research methodology, the measurement profile, and the research reliability and validity to further clarify the past research development. From those content analysis results, the study provided some conclusion of the past research outcome and possible future research directions, such as: more and more researches focused the antecedent and consequent variables affected the involvement and related leisure and recreation variables; decision-making, market segmentation, and service quality issues would be more popular; and the reliability and validity test on involvement researches became necessary for measurement profile.
