樂團參與者之認真性休閒與遊憩專門化關係之探討

摘要

近年來樂團在電影媒體及節慶活動中扮演重要角色，隨之帶動年輕人組團風氣，從事樂團成為休閒活動的選擇之一。本研究以Stebbins(1992)的「認真性休閒」與Bryan(1977)的「遊憩專門化」為理論基礎，以樂團參與者為對象，探討兩者間的關係。認真性休閒以Stebbins所提的堅持不懈、職涯性、個人努力、持續性效益、獨特價值觀及認同感為架構內涵，參考Tsaur and Liang(2008)的量表；遊憩專門化參考Bryan的概念，以McIntyre and Pigram(1992)的行為、認知以及情感三面向來衡量，並訪談資深樂手、樂團老師、樂器行老師及學校熱門音樂社社長，調整題項以符合配合樂團特性。以立意抽樣針對台灣中部地區之大專與高中職熱門音樂社團進行調查。經分析674份有效問卷發現：一、樂手基本屬性不同其認真性休閒特質程度及遊憩專門化程度會有顯著差異。二、認真性休閒六大特質與遊憩專門化三面向有顯著正相關。三、全體受訪樂手中認真性休閒特質主要以「生活參與」、「獨特價值觀」、以及「堅持不懈」構面能正向預測其遊憩專門化全部面向，高中樂手主要以「堅持不懈」、「獨特價值觀」能正向預測遊憩專門化各面向；大學樂手主要以「生活參與」與「認同感」能正向預測遊憩專門化各面向。

In recent years, more and more teenagers group bands as a result of fashions since the band has been being a central role within movie and festival industries. It is normal that playing in a band is one of leisure activities nowadays. Two theories were adopted in this research; one is serious leisure originated by Stebbins in 1982, and another is recreation specialization issued by Bryan in 1977. The purpose of the research was to explore the relationship between two theories sampling from band players. The research was aimed at high school music clubs and collage music clubs in central section of Taiwan with 674 retrieved samples. Perseverance, careers, significant personal effort, durable benefits, unique ethos and identity are six characteristics of serious leisure using scale meters referenced from Tsaur and Liang in 2008. The theory of recreation specialization adopted the concept of Bryan using behavior, cognitive and affective referenced from McIntyre and Pigram in 1992. Before carrying out the research, the researcher interviewed several professionals toward the questionnaire in order to fit the research. Based on the research finding, it represented that there are some differences between characteristics identity of serious leisure and the involvement level of recreational specialization based on separated attributes of band players. Secondly, six characteristics of serious leisure are correlated with three dimensions of recreational specialization. Thirdly, the six characteristics of serious leisure, especially in ”careers”, ”perseverance” and ”unique ethos” are able to positively predict three dimensions of recreational specialization in whole. It is obviously showed that ”perseverance” and ”unique ethos” are mainly and positively predict three dimensions of recreational specialization in high school band players; ”career” and ”identity” are particularly and positively predict three dimensions of recreation specialization in college band players.
