離島觀光系學生前往台灣與大陸實習之探討－以金門為例

摘要

實習對技專院校之學生而言，是獲取實務經驗最佳途徑之一，透過前往業界實習使學生能結合理論與實務，特別是勞力密集，以服務為本質且重視實務經驗之觀光餐旅業。金門為台灣之偏遠離島之一，但地理位置卻相當靠近中國大陸廈門沿海，由於島上較具有規模之觀光產業相當有限，學生大都於寒暑假期間前往台灣地區實習，近年來自兩岸小三通後，台灣與大陸兩岸間之開放與交流頻繁，學生實習地點也延伸到大陸。本研究目的在探討離島的金門地區之大學生前往台灣或大陸實習之問題分析，本研究採用深度訪談方式及實習報告之內容分析來獲取資料並加以彙整，分別提出學生前往台灣與大陸實習之問題與實習收穫，作為未來離島學生前往台灣或大陸實習之規劃參考。

Internship has great value for students in institutes of technology, especially in the field of hospitality industry for the essentials of service. Kinmen, an isolated island, located off the Fujian coast of China and is far from Taiwan. Owing to limited scale of tourism industry on Kinmen Island, most students took internships on summer holiday periods to Taiwan. For more and more contacts between Taiwan and China through the small three direct links, students' internship extended to China. The purpose of this study was to analyzing the problems for students' internship to either Taiwan or China. This study adopted an in-depth interview method and content analysis of internship reports from internship students to acquire data. The study proposed results and suggestions as a reference for hospitality vocational education institutes when planning after school internship to either Taiwan or China.
