金門居民觀光發展認知及參與態度之研究

摘要

1992年金門戰地政務終止，金門縣政府還以「觀光立縣」為目標，隨著政策趨於開放，開啟了兩岸金廈「小三通」，金門觀光發展初具雛型。1999年交通部觀光局將金門未來發展觀光定位為「閩南人文地景及戰役史蹟觀光島」，推動以多樣化觀光據點串聯的休閒旅遊形態，導引金門轉型為主題性的觀光深度旅遊方向發展。2009年金門未來發展的「金門中長期經濟發展規劃」案中，希望金門全面進入發展觀光時代。金門縣擁有更豐富的人文、自然生態、產業等資源，更能提供古蹟及歷史建築、軍事史蹟、民俗采風與廟宇、自然景觀、風獅爺及聚落賞析。然，目前有關金門觀光遊憩的研究大多以遊憩效益評估方面及生態觀光有關的研究，而從推動觀光發展的角度來看，金門居民對於近幾年來的觀光發展有何認知，對於觀光發展的參與態度又是如何，值得探討。本文研究以金湖鎮做為研究對象，調查金湖鎮居民在觀光發展認知及參與態度的研究，經研究結果顯示，金湖鎮居民對發展觀光後於經濟效益、社會文化及環境影響的改善是有正面幫助的，在參與認知方面以對觀光活動參與意願比較高。

This study aims at exploring the cognition and participation attitude for Kinhu residents about tourism development, and meanwhile understanding the correlation between cognition and participation attitude of tourism development. The study investigating the questionnaires for 237 residents at Kinhu with scaling table of cognition and participation attitude was preceded. The research findings show that the cognition and participation attitude about tourism development for Kinhu residents appear to be positively correlated, with highly involving degrees between cognition and participation attitude.
