技專校院電子系科業界取向專業科目之探究

摘要


專校院電子科系需努力培育優質資訊與通訊高級技術任才,以促進學生發展、滿足業界需求和協助我國維持國際競爭力。但課程為學校教育的核心,攸關學生學習的內涵與職涯發展。技專校院的課程與職場之問是否供需對準〈即業界取向〉,需適時探究和適當調適,學生才能朝明晰的職涯進路,做經濟有效的學習。因此,針對我國專科學校、技術學院及科技大學(以下簡稱技專校院)電子系科發展業界取向專業科目的探究,實具迫切及必要性。本研究主要目的為結合產學研三方觀點,透過文獻探討、文件分析、實地訪談、專家會議和問卷調查等兼顧質與量的方法。首先由前三種方法辨認出技專校院電子系科業界取向之專業科目的草案,再經專家會議的增刪補正後,發展出「技專校院電子系科業界取向專業科目之問卷」,調查全國有關資訊業和通訊業廠商各100家,蒐集業界具有技職教育電子系科背景之專業工程技術人員之看法和意見。經統計分析復提出科目表及相關具體建議,供技專校院電子系科規劃或修訂專業課程之參考依據。

The electronic engineering programs in post-secondary vocational-technical institutes, including junior college of technology, college of technology and university of technology, have to develop high quality professionals in the fields of information, communication, and semiconductor to facilitate their students' development to meet industry's needs and to keep Taiwan competing in the global market However, their curricula must be timely investigated and appropriately adopted to assure the alignment between program's supply and industry's demand, and ensure students have a clear career path to follow. Therefore, it is urgent to investigate the professional subjects of the electronic programs in post-secondary vocational-technical institutes. The purpose of this study was to identify a list of industry-oriented professional subjects for electronic programs. Literature review, documental analysis, field visit, panel discussion, and questionnaire survey wound be employed to collect and collate information. Consequently, a list of subjects and related suggestions were presented.
