高職職業類科教師評鑑指標之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職教師評鑑指標,採用文獻分析、問卷調查、及專家座談等研究方法進行研究。在問卷部份,以高職職業類科教師與職業類科教師兼任行政人員為研究對象,以分層隨機抽樣方式抽取744份樣本,有效問卷回收率為80.65%;專家座談部份,以高職資深教師為研究對象,採立意取樣方式選取公私立學校代表20位,針對高職教師評鑑之議題分三次進行座談。本研究以自編之「高職職業類科教師評鑑指標項目調查」問卷以及座談大綱作為主要的研究工具。 本研究獲得之重要結論與建議如下: 高職教師評鑑之指標為: 1.教學貢獻 2.教學知能 3.規劃能力 4.技能教學 5.反思能力 6.進修能力 高職學校職業類科教師對教師評鑑指標重要程度的看法偏向重要。 高職學校職業類科教師,對評鑑教師的教師評鑑指標的重要情形,不因性別、學校別、職別、任教類別的不同而有差異。 高職學校職業類科教師,對評鑑教師的教師評鑑指標的重要情形,因學歷、年齡以及服務年資的不同而有所差異。 本研究根據調查分析與分區座談獲得結論,分別向教育主管機關、高職學校、以及高職教師等三方面研提建議事項,作為參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the teacher appraisal criteria for technical high schools. The literature review, questionnaire, and panel discussion were used as the main research methods. Teachers who are teaching in the technical high school are the population of this study, and 744 of them were sampled by stratified random sampling. The questionnaire return rate was 80.65%. There are 20 subjects are invited as experts of the member of the 3 runs panel discussion. The self-conducted questionnaire, the teacher appraisal indicator of the technical high schools, is used as research instrument. The conclusions and suggestions of the study were: The indicators of teacher appraisal were instructional contributions, instructional knowledge, planning abilities, instructional skills, introspection abilities, advanced abilities. The opinion on the importance of teacher appraisal is trend important. The teachers with different gender, school types, occupation, duty types didn't have different opinions on the important indicator of teacher appraisal. The teachers with different academic degree, age, service, seniority had different opinions on the important situation indicator of teacher appraisal. The conclusions of the study were get through the questionnaire survey and informal discussion meeting and will discuss with educational government, vocational school, and teachers who work in technical high schools to recommend.
