摘要

本文主要目的係乃應用層級程序分析法探討第三方物流業之關鍵成功因素。首先，經由文獻探討與專家訪談，本文初步擬定卅二個適合於評估第三方物流業的成功因素。其次，本文進行第一階段問卷調查後，透過重要性分析與因素分析獲得六大構面與十九個較重要的評估因素。最後，本文進行第二階段問卷調查，透過層級程序分析法實證調查後，結果顯示第三方物流業之關鍵成功因素主要包括：「貨件安全送達能力」、「物流服務價格與成本」、「員工凝聚力與互助合作」、「危機事件處理能力」、「設備與土地成本」、「堅守承諾、準時送達」等因素。

The main purpose of this paper is to apply the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to analyze the key successful factors (KSFs) for third-party logistics service industry. At first, combining the historical literature and experts' interview, a list of preliminary thirty two successful factors for this study is constructed. Subsequently, we proceed with the first stage questionnaire and use the threshold importance analysis and factor analysis, six aspects and nineteen factors are obtained. Finally, the AHP questionnaires to collect KSFs are surveyed in this paper. The results show that the top six KSFs for third-party logistics service industry are safe capability of delivery, price and cost of logistics services, staff cohesion and cooperation, crisis tackling capability, costs of equipment and land, and promise of on time delivery.
