基於CMMI之專案本體論於知識管理系統之應用

CMMI-based Project Ontology and It's Application to Knowledge Management System

摘要


近年來世界各國軟體業者均以美國卡內基美隆大學所制定的能力成熟度整合模式(Capability Maturity Model Integration, CMMI),做為提昇與確保其軟體品質的指導方針,期望透過有效率的軟體流程管理活動建立穩健的開發法則,以及提昇軟體專案發展的績效與成果。此外,知識管理的推行更是協助企業提高競爭優勢的必備工作。本論文提出一基於CMMI之專案本體論,將其應用於知識管理系統,並結合本論文所建構之需求發展知識本體(Ontology)、技術解決方案知識本體以及技術需求知識本體,使其能夠針對專案不同的需求類型,以找出該需求合適的技術解決方案,進而減輕專案人力負擔以及提升專案需求與技術解決方案合適性。此外本論文利用知識本體表達領域知識並結合知識管理概念,透過選擇解決方案代理人所產生的解決方案相關紀錄及資料,進而進行知識管理並萃取出重要知識,以提升現行計畫需求所需之技術解決方案的效能並於計畫執行期間縮短尋找解決方案時間,進而提升工作效率。

In recent years, all software enterprises around the world have adopted the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) developed by Carnegie Mellon University, USA, as the guidelines to promote and ensure the quality of their software products. With the effective software process management activities provided by the CMMI, both stable and robust practices are expected to be built to gain the performance of the software project development. Additionally, promoting the introduction of Knowledge Management (KM) into the enterprises is even a must to raise one enterprise's competitive advantages. In this paper, we propose a CMMI-based project ontology and apply it to the Knowledge Management system. Combined with the constructed requirements development ontology, technical solutions ontology, and technical requirements ontology, the proposed selecting solutions agent is able to proceed with the knowledge management, abstract the key knowledge from the generated the documentation related to the technical solutions, and even raise the effectiveness of the technical solutions to requirements and to shorten the time cost in the search for solutions during executing a project to increase the work efficiency.
