本研究以游泳教練為對象,探討影響其教學態度與工作意願之因素,採立意抽樣法進行問卷調查,計發放540份問卷,回收410份,有效問卷387份。以敍述統計、多元迴歸分析進行資料分析,研究發現,儘管游泳教練有工作倦怠的現象,但對於薪資普遍是可接受的,並且有正向的教學態度,對於游泳教學有亦有工作意願。游泳教練對薪資的滿意度會正向影響其教學態度;游泳教練的工作意願則受到薪酬滿意度及教學態度的影響。建議降低工作倦怠及善用薪酬制度,以提高教學態度與工作意願。未來可進行不同屬性之職業在工作倦怠、薪酬滿意度、教學態度及工作意願間之研究;以其他地區之教練重新進行驗證;增加影響游泳教練工作意願因素探討。
This study took swimming coach as the object to discuss affect factors of its teaching manner and the work wish. The study adopted purposive sampling method to carry on the questionnaire survey. This plan has provided 540 questionnaires, 410 taken back, effective questionnaire 387. The collected data were analyzed by a number of statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The research discovered that although the swimming coach has the work burnout phenomenon, but regarding the salary is acceptable generally. And the swimming coach has the forward teaching manner and the work willingness. The salary degree of satisfaction will have the positive influence to swimming coach's teaching manner. Salary degree of satisfaction and teaching manner influence swimming coach's work willingness. This research suggested that to reduce the work burnout and making good use of the salary system may enhance the teaching manner and the work willingness. In the future study may carry on the relevance of research among the work burnout, the salary degree of satisfaction, the teaching manner and the work wish in other different occupations or other areas.
