影響游泳教練工作意願之研究

摘要


摘要 本研究探討游泳教練之工作倦怠、薪酬滿意度、教學態度與工作意願之現況及因果關係,據此,本研究採立意及未知母體之公式抽取研究樣本,進行問卷調查,有效問卷387份,資料經敍述統計、多變量變異數分析、T檢定與多元迴歸分析後,研究發現如下: 1. 游泳教練之工作倦怠與薪酬滿意度皆具有正向感受,教學態度呈中上程度,其中以認知層面高於情感層面及行為傾向,工作意願也呈中上程度,其中以內在層面高於外在層面。 2. 工作倦怠方面,不同性別、婚姻狀況之游泳教練呈顯著差異;薪酬滿意度及工作意願方面,不同性別、婚姻狀況、是否擔任全職、教育程度、年齡、服務年數之游泳教練皆呈顯著差異;教學態度方面不同婚姻狀況、是否擔任全職、教育程度、年齡、服務年數之游泳教練呈顯著差異。 3. 游泳教練之工作倦怠對其教學態度影響達負向不顯著,而游泳教練之薪酬滿意度對其教學態度影響則達顯著且正相關,且薪酬滿意度對教學態度亦有顯著之解釋力。游泳教練之工作倦怠、薪酬滿意度與教學態度對其工作意願方面,其檢定結果僅工作倦怠對工作意願呈不顯著且未達統計之水準,另外兩項驗證皆呈正相關且達統計之水準,而薪酬滿意度與教學態度對工作意願亦具顯著正向影響。 4. 依據研究結果,本研究對游泳池業者、游泳教練在未來後續研究提出建議,在業界方面,透過工作倦怠、薪酬滿意度、教學態度、工作意願提供相關人事物,以期對游泳教練工作情況之暸解,亦可提供游泳池業者未來規劃人力資源方面的掌控及運用時之參考;於學術方面,未來可先了解欲研究之團體屬性及特質,針對其屬性及特質找出其它具有影響力之變項,以找出更多影響工作意願之因素。

ABSTRACT This study explores Swimming coachs’Job burnout, salary satisfaction, teaching attitude and working willingness of the current state of addiction. To accomplish this, this study utilizes purposive and Unknown sample formula to select questionnaire recipients. A total of 387 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics, MANOVA,T-test, and Regression Analysis which yielded the following findings: (1)There is a positive correlation between Swimming coachs’Job burnout and salary satisfaction.The results show that teaching attitude is medium-high, Swimming coachs have a higher Cognition than Emotion and Behavior tendency. working willingness is medium-high,too. Swimming coachs have a higher psychological approval than actual involvement. (2)Swimming coachs with different backgrounds have different manifestations of Job burnout, salary satisfaction, teaching attitude and working willingness, (3)There are significant positive correlations between Swimming coachs’ salary satisfaction and teaching attitude, salary satisfaction and working willingness, as well as teaching attitude and working willingness. The results show there are negative relationship between Swimming coachs’ Job burnout and teaching attitude, Job burnout and working willingness. (4)According to the result of study,gives the suggestion to swimming pool industry person,Swimming coachs follow-up research and in future,in industry, offer the relevant personnel,thing and matter through Job burnout, salary satisfaction, teaching attitude and working willingness to understanding,and offer swimming pool industry person plan to control and use reference when human resources future; In the academic, we can according to the group s’ attribute and speciality that study first in the future,and to find out attribute and speciality influence factor, in order to to find more factors of working willingness.
