本研究主要目的在探討國中學生之性別、性別角色、數學自我效能與數學成就之關係。研究對象爲彰化縣三所國民中學三年級學生共274名,以性別角色量表、數學自我效能量表進行施刻,再以t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、簡單迴歸分析等方法進行分析,主要有以下幾點發現:1.不同性別的學生在「數學自我效能」上有顯著差異。2.不同性別的學生在「數學成就」上有顯著差異。3.不同性別角色的學生在「數學自我效能」層面達顯著差異。4.不同性別角色的學生在「數學成就」層面未達顯著差異。5.「數學自我效能」與「數學成就」具有顯著的正相關。6.「數學自我效能」對「數學成就」有33.2%的解釋力。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relations among sex, gender roles, mathematics self-efficacy and achievement of the Ninth Grade Students in Chang-hua County. A total of 274 students took part in the study, and filled up a questionnaire that contained gender roles Scale and Mathematics self-efficacy Scale. The results from T-Test, one-way ANOVA and Simple Regression Analysis showed that: 1. There was a significant difference in terms of mathematics self-efficacy between male and female students. 2. There was a significant difference on mathematics achievement between male and female students. 3. There was a significant difference regarding mathematics self-efficacy between different gender roles. 4. There was no difference on mathematics achievement between different gender roles. 5. Mathematics self- efficacy was significantly related to mathematics achievement. 6. Mathematics self-efficacy had 33.2% explanation to mathematics achievement.
