廢食用油回收行為意向影響因素之研究

摘要

台灣於2006年垃圾全面實施強制分類，其中一項即為廚餘，為瞭解一般家庭廢食用油回收之情形，本研究以問卷調查方法針對561位彰化縣和美鎮國小學童的家長進行「廢食用油回收行為意向影響因素」之探討，以瞭解國小學童家長對廢食用油回收之看法，期望能提供校園、社區及政府實施廢食用油回收之參考。研究發現，知覺行為控制及主觀規範對回收行為意向有較強的預測解釋力。顯示學童家長對於回收廢食用油所知覺到的好處與便利性越高時，其參與回收之行為意向越正向；學生籍由在學校學習獲得的回收概念會影響家長，亦可藉此提高家長回收廢食用油之意願。本研究同時發現，在資源化態度中以資源化產品使用性的影響較為顯著突出，顯示經常使用廢食用油資源化產品者，對回收廢食用油有較正面的積極回應。建議政府鼓勵相關專業人士研究改良各種廢食用油資源化之產品，使之更具市場競爭力，以提高產業界的投資意願，並且增加民眾購買此類產品的機會。學校方面能做主題宣導與教學，同時讓師生一起參與生質柴油、環保肥皂製作的過程。藉由學生回收概念的傳遞，以提升家長廢食用油資源化的認知程度。

This study explores factors influencing the inclination of parents of schoolchildren in Changhua County to recycle used cooking oil. It is hoped to provide the campus, the society and the government with some suggestions for implementing a recycling strategy for used cooking oil. The study found that control of instinctive behavior. and subjective norms with regard to recycling had the strongest predictive strength. The schoolchildren's parents would participate in recycling when they were conscious of the many advantages and convenience of recycling used cooking oil. Schoolchildren's parents would be influenced by their children, who learned concepts about recycling from school and this increased their willingness to recycle cooking oil. This study also discovered that the converting resources into useful products was a successful way of changing attitudes about resources. It revealed that people who used recycled cooking oil to convert into products would recycle their cooking oil more frequently and have a more positive attitude. It is recommended that the government encourage professional people to research and develop products made from recycled cooking oil, in order to increase competitiveness in the market. It is also recommended that the government attempt to attract investment in this field, and increase the availability of these kinds of products for purchase Schools can offer instruction and mentoring in this kind of activity, also let teachers and students participate in the process of producing bio-diesel oil and environmental friendly soap. We can promote parents' awareness of recycling used cooking oil by introducing the concept to them through their children.
