靈性護理教育的文獻回顧

Literature Review of Spiritual Nursing Education

摘要


護理爲一全人照護的專業,包括患者的生理、心理、社會和靈性等層面的照護,然而,護理人員對靈性方面的照護能力非常缺乏,靈性照護能力的培養應由護理教育開始著手,本文將介紹靈性護理教育之相關文獻,包括靈性的定義、靈性護理教育的重要性、靈性護理教育的現況和靈性護理的教學,針對以上文獻回顧的結論,作者提出未來靈性護理教育的建議。期許此靈性護理教育文獻回顧的分享,能激發更多護理教育者願意投入護生的靈性教育,以培育其成爲專業的靈性護理人員,並增進患者的照護品質。

Nursing is the profession of holistic care, including physical, psychological, social, and spiritual care. However, nurses often lack of the abilities of spiritual care that should be cultivated starting from nursing education. This paper is to introduce the related literature of spiritual nursing education, including definitions of spirituality, the importance of spiritual nursing education, current status of spiritual nursing education, and spiritual nursing teaching. Based on the conclusion of literature review, the author proposed the suggestions of future spiritual nursing education. Through sharing with the literature review of spiritual nursing education, it is expected to inspire more nursing educators to involve within the spiritual education of nursing students, cultivating them as the professionally spiritual nurses to improve the quality of care for the patients.
