摘要

中醫筋傷學是在中醫骨傷學的基礎上，逐步發展面形成重要的分支學科。所謂“筋”主要是指人體的皮膚，皮下淺深筋膜，肌肉，脂肪，肌腱，腱鞘，韌帶，關節囊，滑膜囊，椎間盤，周圍神經及血管等軟組織，相當於現代醫學的軟組織損傷之範疇。本文旨在於應用筋傷學探討頸椎病的預防和治療。

Chinese medicine study course in tenontology developed gradually to form an important branch of Chinese orthopaedics and traumatology. We were referring to so-called ”the tendon” as the skin, muscle, fat, tendon, tendon sheath, ligament, joint capsule, synovial sac intervertebral disc, peripheral nerve and blood vessel and so on of the human soft tissue. The disease of ”tendon” was equal to the modem medicine category of soft tissue injury. This article for the purpose of the prevention and treatment to the cervical vertebrae disease was using study course in musculoskeletal tendon of Chinese medicine.
