神經根型頸椎病的診察與手法治療

摘要

神經根型頸椎病是頸椎病中最常見的類型之一。其主要症狀是神經根支配範圍的麻木、疼痛和功能障礙。以手法來治療該病，日益受到國際的高度重視。其中以定位旋轉扳法最受重視。對於神經根型頸椎病的診察與操作方法必須制訂標準，才有助於提高治療頸椎病的療效。

Nerve root type cervical vertebra's disease is one of the commonest type cervical vertebra's illnesses. Its cardinal symptom is numb, pain and function's obstacle over nerve root dominate range. To treat this sickness by manipulations get height recognition around international. The rotation-wrenching manipulation of the neck on selected site to be the most recognized. In order to enhance curative effect of treating cervical vertebral disease, it is necessary to make standard of examination and operating manipulation.
