本研究之目的旨在探討2011年全國會長盃桌球選手知覺教練領導行為,冀望研究結果俾能提供殘障桌球教練於領導團隊訓練、比賽及管理上之參考依據。本研究採問卷調查法,以參加2011年全國會長盃桌球錦標賽之選手為研究對象,於現場發放141份,剔除無效整問卷後為129份,有效問卷率為91.5%。主要採用描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析(one way ANOVA)、Scheff'e法進行事後比較等統計方法進行資料分析,其結論為:會長盃殘障桌球選手知覺教練領導行為各因素得分順序為:「訓練與指導」、「獎勵行為」、「民主行為」、「關懷行為」、「專制行為」;不同性別、組別選手知覺教練領導行為並無差異存在。最後,藉由研究結果之討論,對未來研究方向及教練領導與管理實務的意涵提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to explore para table tennis athletes' perception on coaches' leadership behavior. The research approach applied to this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. The researcher took the table tennis athletes who joined the President of an association Taiwan 2011 as samples. 141 samples were effective among 129 para table tennis athletes and the rate of retrieve was 91.5 %. The statistical methods include item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Scheff'e method. The findings from the analysis were summarized as follows: The scores of the athletes' perception on coaches' leadership behavior in sequence were ”training and direction”, ”award”, ”democracy”, ”caring” and ”autocratic”. Different gender and grade had no significant effect on coach leadership behavior. At last, hopefully, this study can offer some suggestions for the direction of future researches and applications in coaches' leadership and team management.
