本研究旨在探討大專桌球選手正向情緒、心理資本及運動表現之關係。研究採比例分層抽樣進行樣本施測,研究對象為參加105年全國大專校院運動會各分區資格賽及全國大專校院運動會之桌球選手,共計發放460份問卷,回收386份問卷,剔除無效問卷6份後,得到380份問卷,有效問卷回收率為82.6%。 所得資料經過描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、驗證性因素分析及結構方程模式分析處理後,得到之結果如下:(一)不同性別在正向情緒、心理資本及運動表現均呈現差異;不同參賽組別在正向情緒及心理資本呈現差異;不同運動年資在正向情緒及心理資本呈現差異;(二)正向情緒、心理資本及運動表現各變項間都有顯著正相關;(三)正向情緒會正向影響心理資本(四)心理資本會正向影響運動表現;(五)心理資本在正向情緒到運動表現之間具有中介效果。本研究最後針對結果提出討論,並且對未來進一步研究提出建議。
This study was discussed on the relationship between positive emotion, psychological capital and sports performance of collegiate table tennis athletes. This research used proportionate stratified sampling. The participants were gathered from table tennis athletes participating in 2016 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games. There are 460 copies of survey in total. 386 copies were returned with 6 copies invalid and 380 copies effective. The return rate was 82.6%. Analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-testing, structural equation modeling, confirmatory factor analysis and one-way ANOVA, the results were as follows: (1)There is significant difference for collegiate table tennis players’ gender on positive emotions, psychological capital and sports performance; there was significant difference for college table tennis players’ seniority on positive emotions and psychological capital. (2)There is positive correlations between positive emotions, psychological capital and sport performance. (3)Positive emotions have positive effects on player’s psychological capital. (4)Psychological capital have positive effects on player’s sports performance. (5)Psychological capital served as an intermediate variable between positive emotions and sports performance. The research make discussions on results, and provides suggestions for researches in the future.
