高溫作用對廢液晶玻璃水泥砂漿物理性質影響之研究

The Effects of Elevated Temperature on Cement Mortar Containing Waste LCD Glass

摘要


本研究以廢液晶玻璃粉作爲再生材料,廢液晶玻璃砂經過球磨機研磨成不同細度玻璃粉取代部分水泥,以三種不同水膠比及四種取代量,製作水泥砂漿試體,進行高溫作用之硬固性質、燒失量及硫酸鈉侵蝕等試驗。 結果顯示,新拌廢液晶玻璃粉水泥砂漿流度值無明顯變化,且凝結時間隨水膠比、細度及玻璃粉取代量的增加而增加。燒失量試驗顯示在升溫過程中試體失去大部分水分,因此當提升溫度越高試體重量損失亦越大,水泥砂漿經高溫延時作用後,抗壓強度會隨著玻璃粉細度增加及降低水膠比而提升,隨著高溫作用溫度越高則強度漸低;水泥砂漿硫酸鈉侵蝕試驗結果,玻璃粉細度越高其抗硫酸鈉侵蝕越佳,以玻璃粉取代量30%試體之抗硫酸鈉侵蝕最佳;研究顯示高溫作用對廢液晶玻璃水泥砂漿物理性質有不同程度影響。

In this study, liquid crystal glass waste as a renewable material, waste LCD glass sand after a ball mill grinding glass into different size to replace part of cement to three different water-cement ratio and four to replace the volume of production of cement mortar test body, carried out the role of high-temperature solid nature of the hardware, and sodium loss on ignition test erosion. The results showed that fresh cement mortar waste LCD glass flow without significant changes in value, and setting time as the water-cement ratio, fineness and replace the amount of glass increases. Loss on ignition tests have shown up during the trial in the loss of most of the water body, so try to upgrade the higher the temperature the greater weight loss, high temperature cement mortar after delay, the compressive strength will increase with the small glass and lower water-cement ratio and increase the role of temperature as the temperature gradually lower the higher the intensity; sulfate corrosion of cement mortar test results, the higher the fineness glass sulfate erosion resistance better to replace the amount of 30% glass test body the best anti-erosion of sodium sulphate; studies the role of high-temperature waste LCD glass on the physical properties of cement mortar are affected to varying degrees.
