領導者管理思維與員工士氣之關係並兼論地球市民教育之干擾效果-以英美日在台子公司為例

The Relationship between Leader Management Thought and Staff Morale, and Moderate Effect of Public Education on the Earth-The Case of British, American and Japanese Subsidiary in Taiwan

摘要


「世界和平與人類幸福」是全世界人民追求之目標,雖然二十一世紀全球教育更加普及,高科技研發也加速發達,區域經濟聯盟國也更增加,企業全球化投資金額也加倍成長,國與國間相互依存也益深密。然而因各國民族、種族、宗教信仰等文化之差異,以至產生1.戰爭與暴力2.經濟搾取、環境破壞3.企業倫理的危機等問題仍然發生,這些都出自於人民對「和平共生精神」之缺乏、「倫理道德」之不足,世界各國對教育的偏失所造成。此外,隨著社會環境的變遷,在競爭激烈的現代社會,經濟型態日益複雜,企業社會大眾的影響力也越來越大,現在企業決策影響的不只是企業內部人員而已,民眾生活與社會的秩序也受到影響,企業領導者扮演的角色越來越重要,其管理思維是否符合倫理道德的標準也越來越受到外界的重視。 本研究目的即希望透過相關資料的搜集與分析後,探討領導者管理思維與員工士氣之關係,並檢視地球市民教育之干擾效果。在研究樣本上,以英美日在台子公司作為調查樣本,且以高科技之光電與半導體產業之管理人員為研究對象。研究結果顯示領導者的管理思維對員工士氣呈正向關係,即領導者的管理思維和平文化經營理念越深,員工士氣越高;地球市民教育對領導者管理思維與員工士氣有干擾之效果,若大學能落實地球市民教育,則能提高領導者管理思維與員工士氣。

In addition, as society changes in the environment, in the highly competitive modern society, economic structure, increasingly complex, business community's influence is also growing, and now the impact of business decisions not only internal staff, the public life and society order also affected, business leaders play important roles increasingly, the management concepts of ethical standards are also more and more attention outside. The purpose of this study hope that through information collection and analysis, to explore the management leadership and employee morale and the relationship between thinking and view of the interference effect of the Earth's public education. In the research sample on to British, American and Japan subsidiaries in Taiwan, as the survey sample, and to the high-tech optoelectronics and semiconductor industry, the management staff to study. The results showed that the leader's management thinking on staff morale was a positive relationship, that the leader's management thinking deeper culture of peace, philosophy, staff morale is higher; the Earth public education leader in management thinking on employee morale and interfere with the effect, if the universities to implement the Earth public education, you can improve a leader in management thinking and staff morale.
