台商赴中國城市投資動機差異之研究－以半導體產業為例

台灣的電子零件產業在世界排名有王國之稱，擁有頂尖的電子件生產的水準，品質保證，製造過程技術更是領先，但因為台灣的工業政策、政治環境、人才不斷流失等問題，綜合這些因素，台灣半導體市場開始慢慢失去平衡。根據第一節之研究背景與動機，近年來投資於中國大陸設廠現象上升，雖前者研究中歸納出其結果為，中國市場龐大、租稅優惠、交易成本低等，但不足而解釋投資中國大陸市場的主要原因。基於本研究之研究動機與研究問題，本研究目的為：1.探討不同投資者對兩岸市場的看法與研究。2.探討台商赴大陸，在不同地區與環境投資分析。3.探討在相同產業下所投資的動機差異影響。本研究採用深度訪談方法，訪問五位台商他們在不同地區設廠投資所得出的差異，在產業中具相當規模的廠商和有一定的管理權職位廠家為研究對象。綜合本研究分析結果，總結台灣在半導體市場上沒有為企業爭取更多優惠。中國大陸市場不斷增加優惠政策吸引更多的投資者、當中的區域優勢、中國高科技產業員工年輕化趨勢、中國土地成本稅較低、在台灣半導體產業人才的千里馬常有而伯樂不常有、產銷稅三免五減優惠政策等等。

Taiwan's electronic parts industry is known as the kingdom of the world, has the top level of electronic parts production, manufacturing process technology is leading. But because of Taiwan's industrial policies, political environment, and the constant loss of talent, etc. Combine these factors, Taiwanese semiconductor market is slowly losing balance. According to the research background and motivation of the first section, in recent years, the phenomenon of investing in factories in mainland China has increased, although the results of the former study are summarized as, the huge Chinese market, preferential taxation and low transaction costs, but not enough to explain the main reasons for investing in the Chinese mainland market. Based on the research motivation and research issues of this research, the purpose of this research is to, 1. Explore the views and research of different investors on the cross-strait market. 2. Discuss the analysis of Taiwanese businessmen going to the mainland to invest in different regions and the environment. 3. Discuss the impact of differences in motivation for investing in the same industry. This study uses in-depth interviews, visit the five Taiwanese businessmen to see the difference in investment in setting up factories in different regions. The manufacturers with considerable scale in the industry and those with certain management positions are the research objects. To get a deeper understanding, to explain the reasons for the rising competitive advantage and investors in the mainland China market. Based on the analysis of this study, it is concluded that Taiwan has not won more concessions for companies in the semiconductor market. The increasing preferential policies in the Chinese mainland market attract more investors, regional advantages among them, the trend of younger employees in China's high-tech industry, China's low land cost tax, talents in Taiwan's semiconductor industry are often found in thousands of miles, but Bole is not often.
