線上遊戲產業的策略態勢分析

An Analysis of Strategy Posture in Taiwan Online Game Industry

摘要


本研究的目的為嘗試運用SPACE分析方法來分析線上遊戲產業的發展狀況與策略態勢以及面對競爭激烈的環境該採行的策略建議。一共發放90份問卷,回收25份。研究發現整個產業處於競爭態勢(competitive posture)。最後,提出對業者與政府單位之建議,以提升國際競爭能力。

The study is focused on the strategy posture of online game industry by using SPACE analysis, and proposed some suggestion. There are 90 questionnaires, and received 25 questionnaires. The results revealed that the industry is laid in competitive posture. Finally, we discuss the implications of the study and provide suggestions for further research.
