摘要

目的：本研究主要是要發展「社會適應能力量表」，提供心理衛生工作者對於精神疾病患者功能之評估依據。方法：由心理師、社工師、職能治療師等進行題目發展與量表修定，並以精神科專科醫院108名患者為樣本，施測社會適應能力量表，其中75名樣本並完成魏式智力測驗第三版，進行信效度分析。結果：本量表經探索性因素分析發現三個主要因素為：（1）職業能力、（2）自理能力、（3）社交能力，內部一致性Chronbach α分別為.90、.88、.90。職業能力與社會角色指標有關，自理能力與自我照顧指標有關以及社交能力與人際互動指標有關。個體的整體智力、語文智力以及操作智力與社交能力以及職業能力有關。結論：本量表具有良好信效度，可簡便地評估病患之社會適應能力，以提供治療計畫之參考。

Objective: The goal of the present study was to develop ”the Social Adaptive Function Scale” for clinical utilization.Method: The scale was developed by the focus groups. One hundred and eight psychiatric patients completed the Social Adaptive Function Scale, and 75 of the 108 subjects completed WAIS-III assessed by a clinical psychologist.Result: Exploratory factor analysis revealed a three-factor structure comprising of vocational function, self-care function and interpersonal function. The internal consistency reliability was .90, .88, .90, respectively. The vocational function scale was correlated with social role index; the self-care function was related to self-care index, and the interpersonal function was related to the interpersonal index. The IQ index was related to the social adaptive function.Discussion: This scale showed adequate psychometric properties in terms of reliability and validity. It may simplify measurement process in assessing clients' social function and provide useful information for further treatment planning.
