社團參與態度量表之應用分析

The study of Attitude of Participation in Students' Club's Questionnaire Application and Analysis

摘要


本研究旨在進一步的分析大學生的社團參與態度調查問卷是否有達到結構模式適配的程度,以及目前的大學生參與社團的態度為何。本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象為全國之大專校院學生,採方便取樣方式,經同意後針對3間大學及3間科技大學各發出60份,總共發出360份問卷,回收315份問卷,剔除22份無效問卷,有效問卷數為293份,回收率為81.39%。本研究主要發現如下:1.社團參與態度問卷的一階驗證性因素分析結構模式與二階驗證性因素分析結構模式,有良好之適配度。2.從不同社團職稱與參與態度的單因子變異數分析中發現,在「參與認知」、「行為意向」構面有顯著差異,經Scheffe法事後比較,在「參與認知」的結果是社長(會長)副會長高於一般社員;在「行為意向」的結果是社長(會長)副會長高於一般社員。3.從社團老師討論與參與態度的單因子變異數分析中發現,在三個構面及「整體參與態度」有顯著差異,經Scheffe法事後比較,「參與認知」、「行為意向」與「整體參與態度」的結果都是總是如此高於不曾+不常如此,總是如此高於偶而如此,總是如此高於大多如此;僅在「參與情感」構面的結果是總是如此高於偶而如此,總是如此高於大多如此。根據研究結果所提出的建議是,學生社團雖然是學生自主,但研究也顯示了指導老師有其重要的影響力,學校方面應該要更重視的挑選,聘用優良的社團指導老師。

The main purpose of this study was further analysis the questionnaire of attitudes of participation of university students' in students' club had reached the level of adaptation of structural equation modeling. In addition, to know what is the attitude of participation of current university students. This research method adopted questionnaire, and to find students in university of science and technology and in university of general. Totally, sent 360 questionnaires were collected 293 valid samples, the recovery was 81.39%. The main findings of this study are listed as follows: 1. First-order and second-order CFA model had reached the level of adaptation for questionnaire of attitudes of participation of university students in students' club. 2. Different students' club titles at "cognitive involvement" and "behavioral intention" dimensions were significant. Both of them were the president and vice president higher than the club's members. 3. The teacher of students' club involved was significant. Then, at "cognitive involvement", "behavioral intention" and "overall participation attitudes" dimensions were all always do higher than never and not always do, always do higher than occasionally, always do higher than most do. Only at the "emotional involvement" dimension was always do higher than occasionally, always do higher than most do. In conclusion, the results of this study are suggested. Although students' club were students' autonomy, the result of research has also proved that teacher had important influence. Manager of schools should pay more attention to the selection and employ excellent teachers of students' club.
