血液透析病人火災緊急應變逃生認知改善方案
A Program to Improve Hemodialysis Patients' Responses to A Fire Emergency
摘要
本專案目的為提升病人火災緊急應變逃生的認知，經現況分析病人火災緊急應變逃生的認知偏低原因有：護理人員缺乏認知、護理人員教導不完整、病人容易忘記、未制定完整護理指導標準、缺乏評核機制、護理指導工具不足。專案改善措施包括：舉辦團體衛教、安排在職教育、製作影帶及定期播放、舉辦教學觀摩進行回覆示教課程、制定護理指導規範、訂定護理指導完整性稽核制度及獎懲辦法、製作護理指導單張、海報、及範本。在本專案的努力下，病人火災緊急應變逃生之認知，由63.7分提升至95.2分，護理人員護理指導的完整率也達100%，希望藉此增加護理人員和病人在火災緊急應變逃生的能力，可減少災害的損傷。

The purpose of this project was to improve hemodialysis patients' ability to respond to a fire emergency. Analysis showed several reasons why patients lacked knowledge about escaping from a fire. These included nursing staff's lack of knowledge, incomplete training of the nursing staff, patients' tendency to forget, incomplete standards and tools for nursing instruction, and lack of a method of evaluation. This project provided strategies for improvement through patient education, development of films and posters, on-the-job training and follow-up review of nurses' training performance, and the development of standards. As a result, patients improved their understanding about how to cope with a fire emergency from 63.7% to 95.5%. Instruction for the nursing staff reached 100% of them. We hope that we can reduce the damage during an emergency by enhancing the ability of nursing staff and patients to escape from a fire.
