摘要

目的從Engel提出生物心理社會模式（biopsychosocial model, BPS）的概念，至今已有30多年，有關標題包含“biopsychosocial＂之論文發表情形，較少有統計資料，本研究目的為分析國內外於2000年後，以“生物心理社會”或“biopsychosocial＂為標題之論文發表情形。方法非中文文獻以EndNote X5之線上搜尋（online search），選擇PubMed為資料庫搜尋引擎，關鍵詞為biopsychosocial，再以年代、醫療科別或雜誌限制搜尋發表之文章。中文參考文獻以華藝線上圖書館（Airiti Library）、布林查詢（Boolean inquiring）方式搜尋2000-2011年文章。結果以SPSS 19.0套裝軟體分析資料，結果顯示共有441篇非中文文章，精神醫學相關期刊佔133篇（30.2%）、骨骼肌肉相關期刊佔73篇（16.6%)、護理19（4.3%）、兒科及青少年16（3.6%）、神經科15（3.4%）、家庭醫學相關期刊及泌尿科各佔8（1.8%）。中文文章有7篇在台灣發表，其中護理學期刊有2篇。結論本文透過對BPS文獻之搜尋及整理，可提供讀者研究及寫作方向的參考。國內醫學會應鼓勵在此方面的研究及論文發表，且多用BPS為題目，進而可提供醫學及畢業後第一年（post-graduated year one,PGY1）住院醫師全人醫療訓練的教學參考，及醫療人員平日之臨床應用。

PurposesIt has been more than three decades since Engel proposed the concept of a biopsychosocial (BPS) model and few surveys of the relevant literature have been done. The aim of the present study was to survey published papers contained ”biopsychosocial” in the title since the year 2000. MethodsWe used an EndNote X5 online search with PubMed as the web search engine for non-Chinese papers and used the keyword ”biopsychosocial”. We identified the papers as to year, medical specialty, and journal title. Chinese paper s from the Airiti Library from 2000 to 2011 were searched using Boolean inquiry. SPSS19.0 software (IBM) was utilized for data analysis.ResultsThere were 441 non-Chinese papers; psychiatric, musculoskeletal, nursing, pediatric, neurologic, family practice, and urologic journals contained 133 papers, (30.2%), 73(16.6%), 19(4.3%), 16(3.6%), 15(3.4%), 8(1.8%), 8(1.8%) respectively. There were 7 published papers contained BPS in the title in Taiwan; two of these were in nursing journals.ConclusionsThis study offers references for researching and writing about BPS. Medical associations should encourage studies in this field and instruct postgraduate year 1 residents and other health professionals about holistic healthcare and its clinical applications.
