钓鱼岛海域渔业资源与划界之争分析
An Analysis on the Disputes of Fishery Resources and Maritime Boundary Delimitation of DiaoyuDao Islands

Disputes of DiaoyuDao Islands between China and Japan are not only to the sovereignty but also to the fishery resources, particularly more important in dispute of fisheries resources between Taiwan and Japan. The effectiveness of island in maritime boundary delimitation influence the fishery resources. The paper bases on the effectiveness of DiaoyuDao Islands in maritime boundary delimitation to analyse the dispute of fisheries resources, and help to resolve the above-mentioned disputes.
