摘要

在文學研究的領域中，研究者往往透過史書中文學彙傳的文獻資料，對文學家的生平事蹟予以掌握，甚而直接做為主要的學理論據。然而，隨著時代氛圍和個人處境的不同，史家在史書中的描繪與詮釋，自然帶著主觀的判別標準。因此，若僅把史書直視為一種歷史證據，一味將文學彙傳當作援引照應的史料，而未能顧及史家之主觀性，恐怕有所缺憾。本文即以第一部列有文學彙傳的《後漢書》為研究對象，針對范曄於傳中人物的或取或捨，探討其選擇的標準為何？進而爬梳、檢驗范曄對該文學家所選錄和提及的篇章，是否具有某種判準？《後漢書》作為首部列有〈文苑傳〉的史書，對後世建立了何種典範？在史贊中表現出何種文學主張？本論文即欲透過《後漢書．文苑傳》，以探討其中的文學思想。

In the domain of literature research, researchers are used to adopting the translation and interpretation in historical records to grasp the bits and pits about literati biography. Furthermore, the translation and interpretation for ”Biography of the Literati” would further served as their main theoretical arguments in literature research. However, in an era when viewpoints and beliefs varied from personal conditions and era, such translation and interpretation would be more or less judgmental and subjective. Consequently, a pure quotation of historical records as a historical evidence, or a complete cross-references to the translation/interpretation for Biography of the Literati regardless of the potential bios and subjective-ness of the historian, such quotation and cross-references would be subject to incompleteness and dubiousness. This thesis puts a study on ”Hou Han-Shu”, which is the first documentary with translation/ interpretation listed, discussing Fan Ye's mind-set on choosing his characters. Based on this point, this thesis would further evaluate those articles quoted and discuss if there is any standard in them. As the first documentary with translation/interpretation listed, what kind of model did ”Hou Han-Shu” set to later periods. What kind of literature statements did ”Hou Han-Shu” uphold in ”The critic to History.”? This thesis will take you to a journey to view the literature beliefs in Fan Ye's”Hou Han-Shu．Biography of the Literati”.
