不同運動行為階段學生的體育課情境樂趣差異之探討

The Difference of Situational Interest among Different Sport Behavior Stages Students

摘要


本研究的主要目的在以樂趣相關理論及跨理論模式中階段分期的概念為基礎,探討不同運動行為階段學生體育課情境樂趣的差異。本研究修改林旭龍與呂昌明(2002)所發展的「行為階段量表」以及採用林章榜與吳海助(2006)所發展的「體育課情境樂趣量表」為研究工具。以271名國中學生為研究參與者,以體育課籃球教學為情境進行問卷調查,問卷有效回收率為86%,以單因子變異數分析檢驗不同運動行為階段者體育課情境樂趣的差異。結果顯示,處在不同運動行為階段學生,其體育課情境樂趣的「立即的樂趣、專注的樂趣、挑戰的樂趣,以及整體的樂趣」差異達顯著水準,大致符合本研究的預期。結論為確認運動行為改變確有階段存在,且體育課情境樂趣是探討個體運動行為的有效概念。

The purpose of this study was to examine the difference of situational interest as physical education class among different sport behavior stages students, basis on some enjoyments related theories and Transtheoretical Model concepts. Method: This research revises the behavior stage scale (Lin & Lu, 2002) and the situational interest as physical education class scale (Lin & Wu, 2006). Junior high-school students (N=271) completed the situational interest as playing basketball in physical education class scale, and the questionnaire effective returns-ratio is 86%. One-Way ANOVA analyzed that the difference of situational interest as physical education class among different sport behavior stages students. Result indicated that different sport behavior stage students were different significantly in the interest of instant, the interest of concentration, the interest of challenge, and the interest of integral. Conclusion: We confirmed that change of sport behavior has different stages, also the situational interest as physical education class is a valid concept to discuss individual sport behavior.
