The purposes of this study were to investigate difference of health-related physical fitness performances and to know teaching satisfactory level after accept different elective interested grouping of Physical Education Programs, also to realize difference of teaching satisfactory level among three conscious-fitness conditions. We selected 338 female college students by random. After statistics and analysis, t we got main results as fellow: (1) physical fitness performance of post-test were significantly superior to primary-test (p<.01). (2) Physical fitness development was got the highest teaching satisfactory in double-anti group, and the group of leisure dance was got higher teaching satisfactory in teacher's professional ability, peer relationship, sport skill development, equipments & facilities, physical education administration. (3) There were statistical significant differences of health-related physical fitness among different elective interested grouping of P. E. programs (p<.01). (4) There were statistical significant differences of teaching satisfactory level among three kinds of conscious-fitness conditions (p<.05).
