學生知覺體育教師教學風格、體育課程樂趣化、運動涉入與課程滿意度之研究-以某科技大學為例

A Study of Relationship of Student's Perception of Physical Education Teaching Style, Pleasure in Physical Education Curriculum, Sport Involvement and Course Satisfaction - Take Certain University of Technology as an Example

摘要


本研究旨在探討大專院校學生在知覺體育教師教學風格對於體育課程樂趣化、運動涉入與課程滿意度之差異及相關情形,並加以探討體育課程樂趣化程度與運動涉入程度對課程滿意度之預測效果。以南臺灣某科技大學之日四技一年級同學為研究對象,共計發放805份問卷,回收有效問卷為747份,有效率為93%。資料分析方法運用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸分析等統計進行分析。研究結果顯示,大專院校學生普遍知覺體育教師教學風格為民主型,且對體育課程樂趣化、運動涉入與課程滿意度具有中上程度表現。其次,學生知覺不同的教師教學風格、體育課程樂趣化、運動涉入及課程滿意度之整體層面與各分層面,均達顯著差異,並以民主型之教學風格顯著高於權威型;不同性別之大專院校學生在知覺體育教師教學風格、運動涉入及課程滿意度,達顯著差異,尤其以男學生顯著高於女學生;不同學院別之大專院校學生在知覺體育教師教學風格、體育課程樂趣化、運動涉入及課程滿意度等變項,均達顯著差異。再者,體育課程樂趣化、運動涉入與課程滿意度等變項間具有中度正相關。最後,體育課程樂趣化之「內在樂趣、外在樂趣」與運動涉入之「吸引力、自我表現」,是預測課程滿意度的重要因素。因此,提升課程中樂趣程度及運動涉入,則可提高其課程滿意度。本研究結果將提供大學體育行政單位及教師參考。

Along This study aimed to investigate the differences and the correlation among college and university students' perception of physical education teachers' teaching style, pleasure in physical education curriculum, sport involvement, and course satisfaction. It further explored the predictor of pleasure in the Physical Education curriculum and sport involvement for course satisfaction. Moreover, this study took the four-year technical program freshmen students from a science and technology university in southern Taiwan on the entrance day of the 2020 academic year as the research participants. A total of 805 questionnaires were distributed, where 747 valid questionnaires were collected with a valid return rate of 93%. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, college and university students perceived the teaching style of Physical Education teachers to be democratic, while their perception of pleasure in the Physical Education curriculum, sport involvement, and course satisfaction was above the average level. Second, College and university students' perception of different teaching styles of Physical Education teachers showed significant differences in their pleasure toward the Physical Education curriculum, sport involvement, and course satisfaction, Especially the democratic teaching style was significantly higher than the authoritarian teaching style; Students of different genders in colleges and universities had significant differences in their perception of the different teaching styles of Physical Education teachers, sport involvement, and course satisfaction, especially male students' perception was significantly higher than female students; There were significant differences in students' perception of Physical Education teachers' teaching style, pleasure in Physical Education, sport involvement, and course satisfaction among different colleges and universities. Moreover, there was a significant positive correlation between pleasure in physical education curriculum, sport involvement and course satisfaction among college and university students. Finally, intrinsic and extrinsic in pleasure, attraction and self expression in sport involvement were important factors to predict course satisfaction. In conclusions, increase pleasure of physical course and sport involvement would increase course satisfaction. Practical implications of study results might help physical education department with curriculum design process and future research direction.
