本研究主要探討在體育課程實施中,以樂趣化的體適能課程設計對學生在健康體適能狀況之成效分析外,另考驗不同內在動機是否對健康體適能能力有所影響,進行調查分析。以北部某科技大學135人為研究對象。研究工具採用教育部健康體適能檢測項目與自編體育課內在動機量表,以成對樣本、獨立樣本t考驗分析本研究所有問題。研究結果發現:1.女生高內在動機比低內在動機的學生有較佳「肌耐力」後測表現。2.高內在動機的學生,除「BMI」外,其他健康體適能能力均有顯著進步;而低內在動機的學生,則除「BMI」和「柔軟度」無顯著進步外,其他健康體適能能力均有顯著進步。建議未來在體育教學內容安排上,可以樂趣化的課程設計為主,並融入健康體適能訓練教材,積極規劃健康體適能課程的方向,培養學生建立終身運動的習性與提升運動內在動機。
The main purpose of this study was to explore on the fun of the physical fitness curriculum designed for students in the effectiveness analysis of health-related physical fitness status, another test of whether different intrinsic motivation have an impact on health-related physical fitness ability, conduct investigation Analysis. Recommendations for future arrangements in the sports teaching content can be fun-oriented curriculum design based, and integrated into the health fitness training materials, and actively planning the direction of health fitness courses, culture the students to develop lifelong habits of movement and lifting movement intrinsic motivation.
