本研究旨在探討測量人員工作壓力、工作滿足及生涯轉換傾向之關聯性,以內政部土地測量局局本部及六個測量隊之測量人員為研究對象,以問卷調查之方式進行研究,共發出570份問卷,有效回收問卷400份,問卷調查結果經由SPSS統計軟體進行資料分析,探索性效度以因素分析萃取因素,工作壓力、工作滿足及生涯轉換傾向以層級迴歸進行資料的分析,分析之結果如下:1.工作壓力、工作滿足、生涯轉換傾向之部分構面會因部分人口統計變項之不同而有顯著差異。2.工作壓力與工作滿足部分呈顯著負相關;工作壓力與生涯轉換傾向部分呈顯著正相關;工作滿足與生涯轉換傾向部分呈顯著負相關。3.工作壓力對工作滿足有顯著的負向影響。4.工作滿足之「工作社會性滿足」、「工作成就感」、「工作報酬」對「離職傾向」有顯著之負向影響;「工作成就感」、「工作報酬」、「工作發展性」對「離開公職傾向」有顯著之負向影響;「工作社會性滿足」、「工作成就感」、「工作發展性」對「離開現有專業傾向」有顯著之負向影響。5.工作壓力之「工作條件 」、「角色衝突」、「工作表現」等構面對生涯轉換傾向有顯著的負向影響。6.工作壓力中「角色衝突」、「工作表現」等構面會透過工作滿足為中介變項,對生涯轉換傾向產生間接顯著的正向影響。
The study targets the Land Survey Bureau and surveyors of the six Survey Teams and is made in questionnaires. A total of 570 copies are issued with 400 valid ones collected and analyzed in SPSS. The results are:1. Partial constructs of job stress, job satisfaction and career change tendency pose distinctive differences from partial demographic statistics.2. job stress has significant negative relevancy with job satisfaction; job stress has significant positive relevancy with career change tendency; job satisfaction has significant negative relevancy with career change tendency.3. job stress show substantial negative influence over job satisfaction.4. ”Social job satisfaction,” ”sense of achievement in job,” ”job remuneration” and ”department transference” in job satisfaction have negative influence over ”leaving public office.” ”Sense of achievement in job,” ”job remuneration” and ”development of job” have negative influence over ”leaving office.” ”Social job satisfaction,” ”sense of achievement in job,” and ”development of job” have negative influence over ”leaving current professional field.”5. ”Working conditions,” ”role conflict” and ”job performance” of job stress have significant positive influence over career change tendency. ”Working conditions,” and ”role conflict” have significant positive influence over ”leaving public office.” ”Role conflict” and ”job performance” have significant positive influence over ”departing from current professional occupation.”6. ”Role conflict” and ”job performance” of job stress pose indirect positive influences over career change tendency through job satisfaction as the intermediary variable.
