本論文研製之本研究之目的在探討桃園縣國小教師情緒智力、工作壓力及工作滿足對組織公民行為之影響及關係。本研究以教育部九十六學年度桃園縣公立小學教師為母群體,樣本共378份。資料分析使用SPSS12.0及LISREL8.5統計軟體進行分析。研究有8項發現: 1.桃園縣國民小學教師情緒智力、工作壓力、工作滿足與組織公民行為等量表之信、效度皆在水準之內。 2.學校規模較大,國民小學教師工作的工作壓力感知程度愈大。 3.本研究之國小教師組織公民行為模式在整體適配度指標上,堪稱良好。 4.國小教師情緒智力對組織公民行為有正向顯著關係,情緒智力愈高其在組織公民行為表現上愈佳。 5.國小教師工作滿足對組織公民行為有正向顯著關係,工作滿足感愈高其在組織公民行為表現上愈佳。 6.國小教師情緒智力對工作壓力為有負向顯著關係,情緒智力愈高其所感受到的工作壓力愈低。 7.情緒智力對工作滿足為有正向顯著關係,情緒智力愈高其所感受到的工作滿足感愈高。 8.工作壓力對工作滿足有負向顯著關係,工作壓力感受愈高其所感受到的工作滿足感愈低。 最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,以供後續研究者參考。
This research explores the elementary school teachers’ emotional intelligence, work pressure and satisfaction toward civil behavior in the organizations, and tries to read the impact and relationship. The research uses the public elementary school teacher listed in the school year 2007 in the Ministry of Education as the subjects, totaling 378 in numbers. The data analysis softwares are SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.5. Eight findings are drawn from this research: 1.The reliability and validity of all scales used in this research for the teacher’s emotional intelligence, work pressure and satisfaction and their civil behaviors in organization, are within the standards. 2.When the scale of the school is bigger, the teachers recognize bigger pressure from work. 3.The index of the general suitability of the civil behavior models of the elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County is fairly good. 4.There is a positive correlation in the emotional intelligence and the civil behavior in organizations. The higher the emotional intelligence is, the better the civil behavior is in organizations. 5.There is a positive correlation in the work satisfaction and the civil behavior in organizations. The higher the work satisfaction is, the better the civil behavior is in organizations. 6.The emotional intelligence and the recognized pressure from have a negative correlation; the higher the emotional intelligence is, the less they recognize pressure from work. 7.The emotional intelligence and work satisfaction have a positive correlation; the higher their emotional intelligence is, the higher satisfaction they get from work. 8.The recognized pressure from work and work satisfaction have a negative correlation; the more they recognize the pressure from the work, the lower their work satisfaction is. In the end, the researcher provides some feasible suggestions for future researchers.
