Take this study to explore the literature, trying to understand the movement at this stage civil sports of Taiwan the status of the implementation of policies and instituted in accordance with the status of the six-oriented: to promote policies, the movement rate of population growth, the urban and rural development, operation of sports venues, spending the exercise instructors, in order to understand the implementation issues and propose feasible countermeasures in order to facilitate the provision of policy advice.
