運用多準則決策法則建構智慧商場建築智能評比系統

Building a MCDM Rating System for Intelligence of Intelligent Mall Building System

摘要


在國外,智慧型建築物智能系統的各種研究吸引了學者與專家投入研究,但在台灣相關研究確是乏人問津,基於如此,本研究參考國外相關文獻,以台灣六個大型商場智慧型建築系統為例,使用模糊層級分析法與模糊網路層級分析法做為決策的方法,並建構台灣商場智慧型建築系統之評選系統,提供給未來台灣商場建構之參考依據。由於,人類的評估準則始終是主觀的,因此,傳統的層級分析法與網路層級分析法決策方法似乎不足以捕獲決策者明確的看法。為了表示這種人類不確定性的感情因素,而將模糊理論這種能表達人類情感量化的方法導入層級分析法與網路層級分析法。如此使用模糊決策能夠更準確地表達專家的意見與看法。

The various research of The Intelligent Building System attract scholar and expert to put in investigate abroad. Nevertheless, the research is fewer people make inquiries about in Taiwan. On account of that, this research consults with foreign relevant documents. Use FAHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) and FANP (Fuzzy Analytical Network Process) taking six large-scale shopping malls in Taiwan as examples. Build up the judgment system of Intelligent Building System in Taiwan shopping malls and supply construction standards to Taiwan building trader. In virtue of the undefined of human evaluation is subjective throughout. Therefore, traditional AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and ANP (Analytical Network Process) seem not enough catch decided opinions of policymaker. In order to express the uncertain emotional factor of human being and channel The Fuzzy Theory this kind method that quantify human emotion. For this reason, we are able to express the expert's suggestion and view accurately in use AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and ANP (Analytical Network Process).
