國家經濟之發展,與產業的創新程度密不可分。自從台灣政府以美國加州矽谷經驗為借鏡,於1980年成立新竹科學園區,此後便開啟了台灣產業創新的紀元,為台灣的高科技產業奠定下良好的基礎,讓台灣勞力密集產業轉型為技術密集的高科技工業。台灣科學園區的開發,創造大量的產業集中發展,帶動產業發展的聚集經濟效益與台灣整體的經濟發展。近年來由於外在環境的改變,過去的成功經驗已成為現在發展的包袱。因此,如何運用既有科學園區資源,由聚集經濟效應、供應鏈管理、廠商產品與經驗等利基重新出發,同時研擬科學園區內產業的生產、經營、管理等模式能不斷的創新發展,以提升科學園區之競爭力,創造進駐科學園區廠商之附加價值,是台灣科學園區持續發展的方向。本研究以結構方程模型對目前竹科與南科發展現況做統計、分析,以為日後其他科學園區之借鑑。
The development of national economy is inseparable from innovative intensity of the industry. Since the government of Taiwan regarded experience of Silicon Valley in California of U.S.A. as and drew lessons from, established the science park of Hsinchu in 1980, having opened era when the industry of Taiwan innovated hereafter, established the good foundation for the Hi-Tech industry of Taiwan, let Taiwanese labor's intensive industry make the transition as skill-intensive Hi-Tech industry. The development of the science park of Taiwan creates a large number of industries and concentrates on developing, gathering economic benefits and whole economic development of Taiwan promoting the development of industry. Because of the change of the external environment in recent years, the past successful experience had already become the burden of development now. This research develops the present situation and makes statistics analysis to the Hsinchu sciences park and south science park at present with the structural equation model, and thinking other reference of science park in the future.
